摘要:为探究相似比例模型实验在船用柴油机中的应用,基于一台缸径为340 mm的船用低速柴油机讨论了模型实验中相似比例的有效边界,随后仿真研究了3种相似法则在不同相似比例下对传热损失、缸内温度分布、缸压、放热率、指示热效率和排放的预测结果。结果表明:缸压、指示热效率和正规化NOx 排放随缸径的增加而升高,正规化碳烟排放随缸径的增加而降低;相似比例模型实验的预测精度随缸径差异的增大而减小,指数函数可用来映射主要设计目标与相似比例的关系。 |
Abstract:In order to study the application of scaled model experiments in marine diesel engines, the limit of similarity ratio was clarified based on a marine low-speed diesel engine with 340 mm bore diameter. Then, the similarity of heat transfer loss, in-cylinder temperature distribution, in-cylinder pressure, heat release rate, indicated thermal efficiency and emissions was studied under different similarity ratios with three scaling laws. The results show that the in-cylinder pressure, indicated thermal efficiency and normalized NOx emissions increase with the increase of bore diameter, while the normalized soot emissions decrease with the increase of bore diameter. The prediction accuracy of the scaled model experiments decreases with the increase of the bore diameter difference, and the exponential function can be used to reflect the relationship between the design parameters and similarity ratios. |
