摘要:针对某型柴油机高原试验存在的海拔2500m以上最大转矩点喘振,海拔4500m时标定点增压器超速的问题,提出了采用双增压器的解决方案,采用GT-Power软件对新方案在不同海拔时的外特性进行了仿真预测,并与原机试验进行了对比。试验表明:所提出的双增压器的方案比较有效地解决了原机存在的问题;发动机平原特性能够满足原机要求;在海拔4500m时,1300r/min最大转矩点转矩达到1844N•m,比原机平原状态的试验值1980N•m下降了68%。2100r/min最大功率为248.5kW,比原机平原状态的试验值330kW下降了24.7%。
Abstract:In order to solve the engine turbocharger surge appeared at an attitude of 2500m and overspeed appeared at attitude of 4500m, a solution of double turbocharger was put forward. To this end, a GT-Power software was used to predict the external characteristics of the new engine and test results were compared with the original engine performance. Results show that the new scheme can effectively solve the problems of the original engine. At an attitude of4500m,the maximum torque reaches1844N•m(1300r/min), which is 6.8% lower the original engine test value of 1980N•m,and the maximum power reaches 241.5kW(2100r/min), which is 24.7% lower than the original engine test value of 330kW in the plain.
