摘要:基于SAEJ1839—1997标准,采用向油液中添加ISO 12103-A3粉尘的方式来模拟实际工况下油液的颗粒污染状态,开展颗粒物对油水分离器油水分离效果和使用寿命影响的试验研究。在测试流量为5 L/min、上游基准质量浓度为30 mg/L、水流量为燃油流量的0.25% 时,油水分离器工作125 min后,压差值升高1.5 kPa,水分离效率下降到88%以下。试验结果表明:油水分离器工作不到建议行驶里程的一半时,水分离效率就已无法达到技术指标要求。为切实保护共轨系统要求,应采取缩短油水分离器的更换周期,或在油水分离器的上游添加颗粒过滤器,对颗粒进行初步过滤,以延长油水分离器使用寿命。
Abstract:The effect of particles on fuel/water separation is ignored in evaluating the ability of a fuel/water separator for common rail diesel engines. This cannot reflect the actual operation of the fuel/water separator. Therefore, the effect of particles on the separating efficiency and service life of the fuel/water separator was investigated by adding ISO A3 particles to the fuel system and the experiment was carried out according to SAEJ1839—1997 standard. Under the conditions of flow rate of 5 L/min, upstream reference weight concentration of 30mg/L and water content of 0.25%, the pressure difference increased by 1.5 kPa and the water separation efficiency reduced to below 88% after the fuel/water separator worked for about 125 minutes. The experiment results show that the fuel/water separator can only work for about half its proposed service life because particles reduce its water filtering efficiency. It is suggested that either the replacement cycle of the fuel/water separator should be shortened, or an extra particle filter should be added in the upstream of the fuel/water separator to prolong its service life.
