摘要:基于开发的燃烧分析工具,利用以太网通信技术,构建了柴油机燃烧分析与控制系统:缸压采集系统每0.2°的曲轴转角采集一次缸压信号,通过以太网的用户报文协议把缸压信息传递给燃烧分析软件;燃烧分析软件计算出燃烧状态指标,通过控制器局域网传递给发动机电控单元;发动机电控单元利用燃烧状态指标进行燃烧闭环控制。在一台1.9 L高压共轨柴油机上进行的试验结果表明:该系统能够实时采集缸压并计算燃烧状态指标,能够实现指示平均有效压力和燃烧放热中心的闭环控制。
Abstract:A diesel engine combustion analysis and control system based on a developed combustion analysis tool and with the Ethernet communication was established. Real time cylinder pressure information was acquired every 0.2 crankshaft angle and sent via the Ethernet of user datagram protocol(UDP) to a combustion analysis and control software, by which combustion indexes were calculated and sent to the engine control unit(ECU) in which closed loop combustion control was applied with these combustion indexes. A verification test made on a 1.9 L diesel engine demonstrates that this combustion analysis and control system successfully acquires real time cylinder pressure information, provides combustion indexes, and has the ability to control engine combustion.
