| 摘要:针对发动机台架试验中发动机水温波动大、电涡流测功机供水不足等问题,设计了一套两级冷却系统,即在发动机小车上加装热交换器以解决发动机冷却问题。结合发动机功率、台架供水流量等条件,利用Flowmaster进行仿真,实际安装后进行台架试验。研究结果表明:发动机水温稳定在±3 ℃内,电涡流测功机冷却水较方案修改前增加4 m3/h。 |
| Abstract:To prevent engine coolant temperature fluctuation and insufficient water supply in an eddy current dynamometer during engine bench tests, a second stage cooling system was added to engine pilot as a solution. First, a simulation of the system was performed with the Flowmaster based on relevant parameters to optimize the system, and then a comparison experiment was conducted to verify the simulation. The results show that the temperature of the engine coolant can be stable within±3 ℃, water flow rate in the dynamometer is 4 m3/h more than before. |
