| 摘要:深入分析了间隔时间对两段射流下液膜形成和蒸发的影响机制。通过折射率匹配法测量不同间隔时间(1.00 ms、2.00 ms和5.00 ms)的液膜附着,研究了蒸发与非蒸发工况下液膜质量、液膜面积及液膜厚度的变化,此外还分析了液膜的蒸发特性和均匀性。研究结果表明:在非蒸发工况下,随着间隔时间的增加,液膜质量、面积均先增大后减小,液膜最大厚度增加;在蒸发工况下,增加间隔时间可以减少液膜质量和液膜面积,但同时也降低了液膜蒸发速率。此外,非蒸发工况下通过增加间隔时间可以较好地改善液膜均匀性,蒸发工况下改变间隔时间对液膜均匀性影响不大。 |
| Abstract:The influence mechanism of interval time on fuel adhesion formation and evaporation under double injection was thoroughly analyzed. The fuel adhesion under different interval time (1.00 ms, 2.00 ms, and 5.00 ms) was measured using the refractive index matching method. Variations in fuel adhesion mass, area, and thickness under both non-evaporation and evaporation conditions were investigated, along with the evaporation characteristics and uniformity of the fuel adhesion. The research results show that under non-evaporation conditions, increasing the interval time initially increases and then decreases the fuel adhesion mass and area, while the maximum thickness of the fuel adhesion increases. Under evaporation conditions, increasing the interval time reduces the fuel adhesion mass and area, but it simultaneously decreases the evaporation rate. Additionally, improved fuel adhesion uniformity was observed with increased interval time in non-evaporation conditions, whereas interval time adjustments showed negligible impact on uniformity under evaporation conditions. |
