| 摘要:针对均质压燃(homogenous charge compression ignition, HCCI)负荷范围较窄问题,对发动机气缸盖进行改造使其具备可变压缩比功能。利用GT-POWER仿真软件搭建发动机一维模型,探究压缩比对HCCI发动机动力性与经济性的影响,通过非支配排序遗传算法(non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-Ⅱ, NSGA-Ⅱ)与基于搜索模式目标优化算法对比分析,可变压缩比技术可有效拓宽HCCI发动机的负荷范围并改善发动机经济性。以发动机转速3 000 r/min为例,应用可变压缩比技术后,相较于原型机,合理压缩比下失火转矩可拓宽3.12%,爆震转矩可提升7.50%,同时经济性也可得到改善。优化后,最大有效转矩提高了4.80%,最佳有效燃油消耗率改善了8.00%。 |
| Abstract:Due to the narrow load range of homogenous charge compression ignition(HCCI), the engine cylinderhead was modified to incorporate a variable compression ratio function, thereby expanding the load range of HCCI. A one-dimensional engine model was established using GT-POWER simulation software to investigate the impact of compression ratio on the power performance and the economy of a HCCI engine. Through a comparative analysis between non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ) and search-mode target optimization algorithm, variable compression ratio technology could effectively broaden the load range of the HCCI engine and improve its fuel economy. Taking the engine at 3 000 r/min as an example, compared with the prototype, the misfire torque was expanded by 3.12%, the knock torque was increased by 7.5%, and the fuel economy was correspondingly improved. The maximum effective torque increased by 4.80%, and the optimal effective fuel consumption rate improved by 8.00% after optimization. |
