| 摘要:针对发动机性能的提升和尾气排放的优化要求,从台架测试数据入手,选取国六排放测试循环中稳态测试循环(world harmonized steady-state cycle, WHSC)工况中轨压、燃油喷射提前角、进气量、预喷油量、预喷油角度和涡轮进口压力共6个因子的数据组成中心复合设计因子试验设计。经回归分析建立响应与因子之间的响应曲面模型研究6个因子对油耗及排放的影响,通过模型获得油耗及排放值进行最优解筛查。结果证明了拟合模型的准确性。通过模型发现涡轮进口压力(表压)从700 Pa增长至830 Pa时,燃油消耗率变化幅度达2.0%。通过对涡轮进口压力的标定,能够实现燃油消耗率下降。 |
| Abstract:According to requirements of engine performance improvement and exhaust emission optimization, engine bench test data including 6 factors, i.e., rail pressure, fuel injection timing, air inlet volume, pre-injection fuel quantity, pre-injection timing and turbine inlet pressure, were collected in the world harmonized steady-state cycle(WHSC). The central composite design was used in design of experiment (DoE). A response surface model was established by regression analysis and the effects of 6 factors on fuel consumption and exhaust emissions were studied. Then the optimal solution was obtained by the model to obtain the fuel consumption and the emission value. The results proved that the response surface method(RSM) model was accurate. The model showed that when the turbine inlet pressure increased from 700 to 830 Pa (gauge pressure), and the fuel consumption rate changed by 2.0%. The fuel consumption rate can be reduced by calibrating turbine inlet pressure. |
