摘要:针对柴–电混合模式下低温冷起动特性影响因素复杂、起动总能耗高的问题,开展了混合动力柴油机低温冷起动试验研究,搭建了混合动力柴油机低温环境试验平台,探明柴油机喷油控制参数对燃烧特性和起动瞬态特性规律。结果表明,随着循环喷油量增大,燃烧始点前移,平均指示压力增大,但增速放缓,起动总时长下降明显,起动总能耗先降低后增加,在循环喷油量为36 mg时达到较优的起动性能和能耗经济性。随着喷油正时推迟,着火延迟期逐渐缩短,燃烧重心后移,最高燃烧压力先增大后减小,在喷油正时为压缩上止点后-12°和上止点后-8°时燃烧放热更集中,燃油能量得到有效利用。综合起动阶段燃烧特性分析和能耗平衡,循环喷油量为36 mg、喷油正时为上止点后-8°时,燃烧更加集中,起动过程的油耗和辅助电耗的总能耗降低8.4 %,起动时间缩短7.7%。 |
Abstract:In response to the complex influencing factors of low-temperature cold start characteristics and high starting energy consumption in diesel electric hybrid mode, low-temperature cold start test research on hybrid diesel engines was constructed, a low-temperature environment test platform for hybrid diesel engines was built, and the laws of diesel engine fuel injection control parameters on combustion characteristics and starting transient characteristics were explored. The results show that as the cyclic fuel injection rate increases, the combustion starting point moves forward and the average indicated pressure increases, but the growth rate slows down. The total starting time decreases significantly, and the total starting energy consumption first decreases and then increases. At a cyclic fuel injection rate of 36 mg, better starting performance and energy efficiency are achieved. As the fuel injection timing is delayed, the ignition delay period gradually shortens, the combustion center moves backwards, and the maximum explosion pressure first increases and then decreases. When the fuel injection timing is -12° after top dead center(ATDC) and -8°ATDC, the heat release from combustion is more concentrated, and the fuel energy is effectively utilized. Based on the analysis of combustion characteristics and energy consumption balance during the comprehensive starting stage, when the cyclic fuel injection amount is 36 mg and the fuel injection timing is -8°ATDC, the combustion becomes more concentrated, energy consumption is reduced by 8.4%, and the starting speed is increased by 7.7%. |
