摘要:为了减小热机载荷对活塞疲劳寿命的影响,以一款非道路柴油机为研究对象,建立了活塞疲劳寿命模型,并通过活塞温度场试验验证了模型的准确性。通过单因素试验确定了不同因素的取值范围,并利用Plackett-Burman试验设计分析了各个因素对活塞热–机耦合应力的影响权重及分布规律。将影响权重较大的因素引入Box-Behnken多因素优化算法,以提高活塞疲劳寿命为优化目标,得到销孔铜套最优结构参数。综合研究表明,优化后的方案与原方案相比,热–机耦合应力降低了56.86 MPa,降幅达28.75%;活塞疲劳寿命提高了6.46×109次,提高幅值为448.61%。合理增加铜套水平椭圆度、内侧直径增量、摩擦副之间的摩擦系数和铜套–销间隙,可以有效减少活塞热–机耦合应力,提高活塞的疲劳寿命。 |
Abstract:A piston fatigue life model was developed with an off-road diesel engine as the research object in order to lessen the impact of thermo-mechanical load on piston fatigue life. The model’s accuracy was confirmed by a piston temperature field test. The ranges of various factors had been established using a single-factor test. Plackett-Burman test design was used to analyze the weight and distribution law of each factor’s impact on the piston thermo-mechanical coupling stress. The optimal structural parameters of the pin-hole copper bushing were obtained with the optimization goal of extending the piston’s fatigue life by introducing the factors with higher influence weights into the Box-Behnken multi-factor optimization algorithm. The thorough analysis reveals that the optimized scheme improves the piston fatigue life by 6.46×109 with an increasing amplitude of 448.61%, and improves the thermal-mechanical coupling stress by 56.86 MPa when compared to the original scheme. At the same time, increasing the copper sleeve’s horizontal ellipticity, the amount of the inner diameter, the friction coefficient between the friction pairs, and the copper bushing-pin gap can effectively reduce the thermo-mechanical, and improve the fatighe life of a piston. |
