摘要:通过试验分析在电控液压可变气门机构中油压和控制脉宽对气门附加升程工作特性的影响。研究表明, 气门晚关角度主要受控制脉宽影响, 油压则影响附加升程的开启速度;影响附加升程的最大升程和附加升程波动率最主要的因素是油压, 控制脉宽对附加升程的波动率影响很小;在压力油压为3.5 MPa时, 附加升程波动率较小, 气门工作稳定;通过对气门附加升程的运动特性分析, 随着油压降低, 气门加速度和速度减小, 整个过程工作柔和, 气门落座冲击小。
Abstract:A set of electro-hydraulic variable valve system (EHVVS) was investigated in order to research the characteristics of additional valve lift under different oil pressures and control pulses. The results indicate that the valve closing depends on the control pulse width, and the oil pressure can affect the speed of valve opening at the additional lift. The max value and fluctuation of the additional valve lift are mainly decided by the oil pressure, and the control pulse width has a little effect on the fluctuation. When the oil pressure is 3.5 MPa, the fluctuation is small, suggesting the valve works stable. The research reveals that the EHVVS has a fast response to valve opening and closing.
